うーん。
疲れが取れません。立ちっぱなしなことが多いので仕方ないのですが。
お風呂で温まり、柔軟してもだるい。
血流がそうとう悪くなってそうだなぁ＞＜
明日はやっと歯医者に行けます。
冷たい風が通るたびにチクンチクンしてたので早く治したいです。
